04-06-01 Version 0.1

04-06-03 Version 0.2

	* Fix hang when switches appear before the path in the command line.
Now the path can be at any point in the command line. Differs from
MS APPEND, but it is saner. Thanks to Bernd Blaauw for reporting
	  this bug.

	* Path is no longer ignored when /E is specified, append aborts with
an error. Again, it differs from its MS counterpart, but it is also
saner. Thanks to Eric Auer for pointing this out.

04-06-15 Version 0.3

	* Fix a bug in command line parsing.

	* Minor changes in readme.txt.

	* Make older versions of Nasm happy (Eric Auer)

	* Save some bytes by re-using some buffers (suggested by Eric)

04-06-18 Version 0.4

	* APPEND is now a COM file, as suggested by Eric, but it retains
	  the .EXE extension.

	* Move some data to PSP (suggested, again, by Eric)

04-07-07 Version 0.5

	* Back to EXE format, as Arkady V. Belousov warned that it could cause
problems when loading high. It only adds 32 bytes to the file size.

	* Fixed a bug when releasing the environment. Now it does it properly.

	* Updated help to make clear that APPEND becomes an internal command
extension after its first execution (Bernd Blaauw)

06-01-23 Version 0.6

	* Bugfix: Append now recognises itself when called with a prepended
path, like MS APPEND (thanks to Blair Campbell for the report and
          test case)

02-18-24 Version 0.7

	* Bigfix: Fix to function call result check that would prevent FCB
calls from working properly and limit usage to file handle I/O.
